Editorial & Club Use
Photographs supplied to sports clubs and organisations are provided under licence for their own editorial and promotional use, including websites, social media, match reports and printed publications, unless otherwise agreed.
Copyright remains with Nicholas King Photography.
Commercial Use
If you are a business, sponsor, media organisation or commercial partner wishing to use one of my photographs for advertising, marketing, promotional material or any other commercial purpose, please contact me first to obtain a licence.
Unauthorised commercial use may constitute copyright infringement.
Personal Use
Players, supporters and parents are welcome to share my photographs on social media, provided:
The image is not altered or edited.
My watermark or credit is not removed.
Nicholas King Photography is credited where possible.
The image is not used for commercial purposes.
Social Media
Photographs published on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and other social networking services, remain the copyright of Nicholas King Photography.
Uploading an image to a social media platform does not transfer copyright ownership. Such platforms may be granted a licence to host and display the content in accordance with their own terms of service, but this does not grant permission for other individuals, organisations or businesses to copy, download, reproduce or use the images for editorial or commercial purposes.
If you wish to use any image published on my social media accounts, please contact me to obtain permission before doing so.
Delivery
Images supplied directly are under licence for your own editorial and promotional use. Copyright remains with Nicholas King Photography. Images must not be passed to third parties or used commercially without prior written permission."
