Capturing moments in life, one image at a time!

I’m a photographer based in Kent, specialising in rugby, general sport, and documentary-style photography.
Most people know me as the matchday photographer for Blackheath Rugby Club, where I spend weekends on the touchline capturing everything from big moments and hard hits to the quieter details that often get missed. My aim has always been simple: create photographs that make people feel like they were there.
Rugby is where most of my work sits, but what interests me most is atmosphere, emotion, and storytelling. I’m drawn to the intensity of sport, the character of people, and the small moments that sit between the action. Whether it’s a packed National League fixture, a player’s reaction after the final whistle, or supporters standing in the rain behind the posts, those are the moments I look for.
Over time, my images have been featured by organisations including the RFU, something I’m still genuinely proud of. It was never something I expected when I first picked up a camera at grassroots rugby matches, but it has reinforced why I enjoy doing this so much — creating honest images that mean something to players, clubs, and supporters.
My style leans towards realistic and atmospheric rather than overly polished. I want photographs to feel authentic and grounded in the moment, not over-produced or artificial. The best sports photography, to me, should feel like a memory rather than an effect.
Alongside rugby photography, I also have a growing interest in portrait and headshot work, as well as street and architectural photography around London. A lot of that work is influenced by music, brutalist architecture, and the character of the city itself.
Photography started as an interest outside my career in IT, but over the years it has become something much more personal. It’s given me opportunities to meet people, work alongside clubs and organisations, and document moments that matter to others as much as they do to me.
Thanks for stopping by and taking a look through my work.
